I offer one-on-one counselling sessions specifically designed to address a client’s individual challenges and objectives. My approach is underpinned by Christian biblical teaching, principles and values.

Fees range from:

Assessment Fees: *£50 – £65

Sessions Fees: £55 – £75

*There is a premium charge for evening and weekend sessions.

Couples Counselling

I offer pre marriage and marriage counselling for couples seeking to enhance their interpersonal communication, manage and resolve conflicts. My approach is underpinned by Christian biblical teaching, principles and values. 

Fees range from:

Assessment Fees: *£70 – £100

Sessions Fees: *£100 – £150

Group Therapy

I offer group therapy sessions for individuals dealing with similar issues. These sessions aim to cultivate a sense of community and encourage mutual support among participants.

The group is designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, low self-esteem, loss, anger, social anxiety, loneliness, relationships and faith related issues.

Fees range from:

Assessment Fees: £50 – £65

Sessions Fees: £40 – £50

Counselling Supervision

Supervision in counselling is a formal process where a counsellor meets with a more experienced counsellor to discuss their clinical practice. It’s a vital part of a counsellor’s professional development and is required for all counsellors on the Accredited Register.

Fees range from:

Sessions Fees: £70 per hour (Monday to Friday only).

Reflective Practice

Reflective practice is ‘learning through and from experience towards gaining new insights of self and practice’ (Finlay, 2008). 

Reflection is a systematic reviewing process for all teachers which allows you to make links from one experience to the next, making sure your students make maximum progress.

Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic coaching  facilitates measurable high performance and mental wellbeing outcomes for organisations by combining the solutions-focused structure and energy of coaching with the support of psychotherapy and counselling.
